Challenge:

The client had chosen the Denodo Data Virtualisation product as the foundation for its Data Sharing platform, that would be scaled to be used across the entire organisation. The requirement was to implement the platform and deploy data products within a phased approach across the business unit whilst developing an enterprise-wide Data Sharing Strategy.

Solution:

Nihka Technology Group had strategically partnered with an experienced local Denodo Partner to deploy the data virtualization platform to support the Client’s business objectives by providing an experienced team of Project resources that managed the implementation using Agile Project Management principles whilst ensuring that the project gets delivered as per scope and time but also ensuring that all stakeholder management is conducted.

Result:

Release 1 of the programme was successfully implemented whilst managing project scope, user requirements and developer capacity. The Nihka project team  ensured that all project & programme governance requirements were adhered to whilst ensuring that all Client and Partner stakeholders were onboarded and engaged. The team was approved for Release 2 of the programme.
